Help I'm drowning in emails or 9 things you wish you had known earlier about managing your INBOX!
This forum was a joint presentation from Records Services and our IT Exchange and Infrastructure team. Almost 70 people attended this event on Wednesday February 25th. We received lots of helpful information about how to better manage our emails and how the tools in Outlook and Entourage can help us do this better. We will run more of these forums in 2009.
